Russia: Trust services sanctions teach-in 

On 21 March 2023, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) provided an update on the trust services sanctions as set out in Regulation 18C of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 where persons were designated under Regulation 18C. OFSI has issued a blog which sets out the detail on trust services sanctions.  

OFSI will host an online teach-in on trust services sanctions on Wednesday 29 March at 12.30-13.30. Our teach-in will include an overview of trust services sanctions recently introduced to the Russian sanctions regime, plus a chance to ask questions.
