Notice of Changes to the Consolidated List

• Following registration of the below listed Legislative Instruments made by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, DFAT has updated the Consolidated List:
  • Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Russia and Ukraine) Amendment (No. 3)  Instrument 2023
  • Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Thematic Sanctions) Amendment (No. 2) Instrument 2023

• Following advice from the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1533 (2004) and from the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1518(2003), DFAT has updated the Consolidated List.
