Warning concerning the website https://vkd-invest.com/ and a fraud scheme misusing the name of the company VKD INVEST SICAV-SIF SCA incorporated under Luxembourg law

The CSSF warns the public of the website https://vkd-invest.com/ where unknown persons offer investment services, by misusing the name of the company VKD INVEST SICAV-SIF SCA incorporated under Luxembourg law. Moreover, these unknown persons contact without solicitation possible investors by sending emails with the adress format firstname.surname@vkd-invest.com.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment company with variable capital VKD INVEST SICAV-SIF SCA, duly authorised in Luxembourg as specialised investment fund in accordance with the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related in any way with the facts referred to in this warning.
