Updated sanctions reports

The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER has published amendments to the following annexes.

• Annex to the Ordinance of 24. June 2020 on measures against Nicaragua (RS 946.231.158.5)
• Annex 1 to the Regulation of 28. March 2018 on measures against Venezuela (RS 946.231.178.5)
• Annex 2 to the Regulation of 12. August 2015 on measures against the Republic of South Sudan (RS 946.231.169.9)
• Annexes 1 and 2 to the Regulation of 1. June 2012 on measures against Guinea-Bissau (RS 946.231.138.3)
• Annexes 3 and 5 to the Regulation of 30. March 2011 on measures against Libya (RS 946.231.149.82)

On the 23rd On January 1, 2023, the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER amended the annexes and published the adaptations on its website. The changes will take effect on the 24th. January 2023 at 6 p.m.
