Editor’s Note: Interesting wording here – DFAT rather than ASO. I wonder if there is a division of labor here, where ASO really is focused on the autonomous sanctions, and DFAT, writ large, handles the pretty rote job of keeping up with the United Nations…
And, from a quick look at both Instruments, these are all counter terrorism listings, including ETA and some of the Middle Eastern ones.
