Updated sanction report

The Federal Council on the 3rd August 2022 further sanctions against Russia came into force. He has amended the regulation on measures related to the situation in Ukraine (RS 946.231.176.72).

This is primarily the ban on buying, importing or transporting gold and gold products from Russia. Services related to these goods are now also prohibited. The changes are on the 3rd. August 2022 at 6 p.m.

Financial intermediaries are asked to implement the prohibitions in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.
