On the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) website, there is a Targeted Financial Sanctions page. The first major section of it is a list of all their sanctions programs – listing the relevant Singaporean laws and/or regulations, a link to the corresponding United Nations Security Council Sanctions Committee’s Sanctions Materials page, and the last date the program was updated. The North Korean program, for example, was just updated on July 26th, with Libya being updated on the 18th, Counter-Terrorism back in May, and the Yemen and Somalia lists being updated in February.
There are only 9 programs here (although Counter-Terrorism follows multiple UNSC programs), so there isn’t a 1-for-1 correlation between the UN and MAS.
