The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) has amended the Annex to the Ordinance of 7. August 1990 on economic measures against the Republic of Iraq (RS 946.206).
By decision of the 19th In May 2022, the responsible UN Sanctions Committee amended the list of persons, companies and organizations sanctioned in this context. The change is directly applicable in Switzerland. SECO therefore on the 20th.
