So, last Saturday night, I was in a car accident (the Watchlist family is all fine, thank you – and it was not my fault). And we just found out that insurance is totaling the car… so Mrs. W and I are going car shopping today.

On top of that, I had my 2nd shingles vaccine dose Wednesday, and the side effects yesterday were bad – on top of the usual shoulder pain, I had the chills and was dead tired for most of the day. We even took an at-home COVID test to be sure it wasn’t that – no, it wasn’t.

So… why am I telling you all this? Because there’s a lot of stuff I’m backlogged on, like the 5th EU sanctions package, and the late day OFAC update…

But it’s going to wait until this evening until I’m done looking for a new car.

Sorry about that – things should return to normal on Monday (I hope).

Note: just in case the title freaked you out, or you’re too young to have seen it, this is a movie quote from “Airplane!”, which is probably one of the most quoted movies ever. It’s actually a recurring gag, where the character keeps on going back to a series of bad habits in increasing levels of hilarity.
