Looks like I missed one… Yesterday’s UK Belarus sanctions additions

Yesterday, OFSI added the following entities:

1. BANK DABRABYT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Other Information: (UK Sanctions List Ref): BEL0120 (UK Statement of Reasons): Designated for the purposes of an asset freeze under the Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. The designation is made as a designation by name under the urgent procedure. The relevant provision by reference to which the Minister considers that condition B is met is Executive Order 14038. Oh, now the math makes sense… Liz Truss said 65 new designations, and the Russia update had 59, and these are six… duh! I bet the link was buried in the OFSI email again (wish they wouldn’t do that – multiple separate buttons in the email would be soooo much clearer).
