OFSI has amended 10 personal listings and 1 entity listing under the Afghanistan program, and 17 personal listings and 1 entity listing made under the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida program. In the interest of getting the notice out today (trust me, marking up the strikeouts and the highlighting is not much fun for long listings like these), I refer you to the notices linked to below.
