Humanitarian exception in Afghanistan regime

The Afghanistan (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 came into
force on 28 January 2022, reflecting United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2615 (2021) on humanitarian assistance and other activities that support basic human needs in Afghanistan.

The Afghanistan section of OFSI’s Charity sector guidance has been updated to reflect this exception.
