FATF and Egmont Group publish new report on trade-based money laundering
The FATF and Egmont Group have prepared a report to help the public and private sectors with the challenges of detecting trade-based money laundering. The report sets out recommendations for managing the risks of trade-based money laundering, and clarifies how the exchange of financial and trade data, as well as cooperation between the private and public sectors, can be improved.
