The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority assesses that the company’s inherent risk of being used for money laundering or terrorist financing is low to normal compared to the average of financial companies in Denmark. In the assessment, special emphasis is placed on the fact that stockbrokers generally have a low inherent risk and that the company only offers discretionary portfolio management, which means that the company makes investments on behalf of the clients in accordance with the portfolio agreements with the clients. Furthermore, the company only caters to institutional and professional clients, including clients who also offer discretionary portfolio management or manage alternative investment funds.
