BIS Cancels Annual Export Control Forum

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our team and all Americans is our priority.  We have been closely monitoring the updates about the coronavirus (COVID-19).  Out of an abundance of caution, BIS has decided to cancel the 14th Annual Export Control Forum, scheduled for April 1-2, 2020, in Los Angeles, CA.  We are grateful to our co-sponsor for this event, the District Export Council of Southern California, and appreciate all of the effort membership put into preparations.  The DEC will be in touch with registered attendees to return registration fees.

As BIS places a high value on the benefits of export control outreach education and interaction with our stakeholders, we hope to offer a remote-access program in the near future to highlight some of the material we intended to present in the Forum.  We will announce the date and details of the program as they become available.
