October 1, 2018: EU, HMT remove 3 from Iraq sanctions

On Monday, Her Majesty’s Treasury (HMT) implemented Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1302 by removing the following 3 entities: 

1. IRAQI FAIRS ADMINISTRATION

Address: Baghdad International Fair, Al Mansour, PO Box 6188, Baghdad, Iraq. Other Information: Funds or financial assets or economic resources received on or after 23 May 2003 are not to be regarded as frozen nor required to be transferred to the successor arrangements to the DFI Listed on: 05/05/2004 Last Updated: 21/02/2013 01/10/2018 Group ID: 8113.

2. STATE ENTERPRISE FOR SHOPPING CENTRES

Address: (1) PO Box 3095, Andalus Square, Baghdad, Iraq. (2) PO Box 3095, Al Wahda District, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street, Baghdad, Iraq. Other Information: Funds or financial assets or economic resources received on or after 23 May 2003 are not to be regarded as frozen nor required to be transferred to the successor arrangements to the DFI Listed on: 05/05/2004 Last Updated: 21/02/2013 01/10/2018 Group ID: 8195.

3. STATE TRADING COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

Address: (1) Al-Karradah Al Sharkiya, PO Box 5720, Baghdad, Iraq. (2) PO Box 602-5720, Baghdad, Iraq. Other Information: Funds or financial assets or economic resources received on or after 23 May 2003 are not to be regarded as frozen nor required to be transferred to the successor arrangements to the DFI Listed on: 05/05/2004 Last Updated: 21/02/2013 01/10/2018 Group ID: 8235.
