Defence Export Controls Outreach Program in Adelaide Dec. 6th




Dear subscribers, 


Defence Export Controls (DEC) is delivering an outreach program at the University of Adelaide in Adelaide on 6 and 7 December. DFAT will be providing an overview of Australia’s sanctions regimes as part of the whole of government session on Wednesday 6 December 2017. If you would like to participate, please follow the instructions below to register your attendance. If registrations are filled for the whole of government session, we will consider running an additional morning session, so please let us know if you are unable to register and we will contact interested parties with further details. 


We will advise subscribers of details of our 2018 outreach program once details have been finalised.

Defence Export Controls (DEC) would like to invite you to attend our outreach program in Adelaide, on December 6th and 7th at University of Adelaide, North Terrace, Adelaide.   


The program will be delivered over two days, and participants are welcome to register for any elements of those days.


Day One:

1.     Introduction to export controls

2.     Export controls for defence industry OR Export controls for academia and research organisations

3.     Presentations from other government agencies in Australia’s export landscape


Day Two:

1.     International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) training
