Associated with Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, listed as Al-Qaida in Iraq (QDe.115). Formed in Aug. 2014 in Mohmand Agency, Pakistan. The Notice also references when changes were implemented under the auspices of the United Nations and European Union Financial Sanctions (Linking) Regulations 2017. So, the only real changes here are the updated “Last Updated” date and the modification to say “and EU”. Seems like a waste to Mr. Watchlist….
