Notice to Exporters 2016/13: tell us about your online self

Notice to Exporters 2016/13: tell us about your digital and online needs

20 May 2016

As you know, the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS) is leading a project to create a cross-government digital platform for import and export licensing. This is intended to replace the current SPIRE system.

Our goal is to provide an easy to use, accessible service with the right level of support, whether in the form of online chat, telephone help or tool tips.

We have created a short survey to collect information about your digital requirements, preferences and your online usage.  This information will help us shape what we provide, how we provide it and the levels of support we put in place.

It’s important that everyone can access the service, including through assistive technologies, so please also tell us about the software that you or your company are using at the moment.

If you would like to get involved with testing our prototypes and giving your views on creating a service that best suits your needs, you have the option to leave your contact details at the end of the survey.

Please note: this survey does not cover user satisfaction of the current levels of service ECO provides. A survey on this topic will be released shortly.

Thank you for your help.
