Published in the Federal Register, today OFAC issued a series of what they call technical amendments to the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations, Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations. It's a bunch of definitions and clarifications, as far as I see – if anything really interesting pops up on further review, I'll post it here.
