Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias, a member of the MS-13 gang (Mara Salvatrucha) wanted for the murder of a 69-year old from Colorado, has been named to the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.
The price on his head is a cool $100,000.
