Section 906 of the Trade Sanction Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (aka “TSRA”) permits the licensing of exports of agricultural commodities, medicine and medical devices to Iran and Sudan. Today, OFAC released its report for the July-September 2012 timeframe of its licensing activities.
